What makes you different from your competitors?
We run an online delivery at cheap and affordable rate and at the convenient of our customers/ clients. We make cooking less stressful and easy for our customers/clients. We make our products available online, our website and customers are given the privilege to view and see what they are buying before ordering.
From where do you operate?
We operate from Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
When do you process my order?
You order is processed an hour prior to the delivery time you choose, in order to keep it fresh, we don’t package orders and store especially the vegetables, we start processing your vegetables an hour prior to your delivery time.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be present. If someone over the age of 18 isn't present at the time of delivery, your driver will return your items and issue a refund to the credit card used, less any delivery and/or convenience fees.If you do need to reschedule a delivery, you must contact our Customer Care team at least one hours prior to the beginning of your scheduled delivery time in order to avoid any additional fees.
Can I get delivery the same day?
Yes, we have same-day delivery with as little as two-hour notice for clients/ customers within port Harcourt. But Clients/ customers out Port Harcourt but within Nigeria can get their orders with 3 days prior to the day of order and out Nigeria is 7 to 10 working days to get your order delivered.
