We ship via;
DHL EXPRESS is DOORSTEP DELIVERY- 3-5 working days 100% reliable and safe. Daily shipment.
General cargo( KLM, Delta Airways, Turkish airline- 14- 30 days. Shipment is once a week( Fridays)
You can also recommend your own shipper, we process, package and deliver to your personal shipper.
Lastly, you can pick up your package aswell, for those that will be travelling with it.
Please ensure you read your shipping information and correct any errors before placing an order.
We will not be liable for any loss resulting from errors from clients.
We cannot recall parcels after it has been dispatched or picked up.
This is for payments made via bank transfer
Payment made via FLUTTERWAVE and PAYSTACK are automatically confirmed
Please note the following timelines;
For Shipment within Port Harcourt, your order will take the designated delivery time to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery or you pick up from the store
For Shipments within Nigeria (states outside Lagos) , your parcel will take 2-3 working days after confirmation of payment to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery
For International Shipments (outside Nigeria), your parcel will take 3 to 30 working days to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery
Please take note of this time frame and put it into consideration when placing orders.
Kindly cross check your delivery details including contact number, address, Apartment number before proceeding with your order as details cannot be edited and customer bears responsibility for errors
Refund Policy: You can be refunded with 24-48hrs from your time of purchase.
